The Simovert VC inverter open-loop control employs a microprocessor and field-oriented vector control combined with a fast closed-loop current control. This unit is changed according to the needed load torque because of the field-oriented control. This versatility means that the VC gives you dynamic operation.

Closed-loop V/f control is the default setting. It is essential that closed-loop frequency control with field-oriented vector control is set up. The drive can be set up at a frequency of up to 300 Hz. This is due to the measured motor simulation.
