The 690+ is a three-phase inverter drive for speed control of standard induction motors. The drives business behind it traded as Eurotherm Drives, then SSD Drives, then Parker SSD, so the same drive is also sold as the Parker AC690+.
Frames B to F cover 0.75 kW to 90 kW constant torque in 230 V, 400 V and 500 V variants, with quadratic ratings reaching 110 kW. Frames G, H and J carry the range to 315 kW constant torque on 380-460 V, and frame K parallels a master with one or two slave modules to reach 900 kW constant torque. Control is V/F, sensorless vector, or closed loop vector with a speed feedback Technology Box.
Constant torque and quadratic torque are the same hardware at two ratings, the usual trap on a 690+ enquiry: a frame F drive rated 55 kW constant is rated 75 kW quadratic at 400 V. Parker lists the AC690+ as obsolete.
